Our Process

1. Assess

We collaborate with you to understand your end goals and determine if we are good partners for each other. We, together, develop a roadmap to successfully reach those goals.

2. Onboard

Proper documentation and setting expectations are critical to the success of our partnership. DiverseNet leadership and your assigned Key Account Manager (KAM) will document the necessary steps in the SOW and deliverables.

3. Proof of Concept

With the onboarding complete, we will perform a proof of concept to prove out the SOW steps are correct. If necessary, we will tweak and retest until we get a proven SOW.

4. Steady State SOW

The SOW has been proven and we are in steady state to perform the SOW.

5. Data Analytics

The data shows our performance. We track On Time %, First Run Rate, Time to Staff, Average Time on Site and more.

6. Evolve

We use all the data from the initial onboarding through analytics to continuously improve the process and the SOW to drive efficiency and lower costs.
